Catch Up

First of all, it's confirmed that Dakota can fit into a suitcase. She convinced me to take them all, plus Wyatt, to get ice cream. Copper spent the last two weeks performing in Mamma Mia at Skyridge.  Their theater department is top notch and it was darling. Copper's BFF Aria Not only did these two leave the house with matching sweatshirts, they made complementary bouquets for Copper in their floral design class. I got to watch this kid for a few hours the other night. He's a cutie. Dakota's seminary teacher gave her this shirt; he wakes up at the crack of dawn every day and stands out on the lawn with signs that say the same thing.  You can find him dancing around and waving and yelling at people that they're awesome starting at 6:30 a.m.....

Fun in the Sun

We took this gal on a weekend get away to Vegas and left the other two at home.   First, Copper and Micah did Amazing at home for the weekend alone!  Copper took herself to play practice, Micah worked at the dojo, they went to dinner and bowling together, and took themselves to church on Sunday.  I'm Very proud of them! We loved spending time with Dakota; she's a riot. I kinda feel bad she went on roller coasters by herself. Tim definitely can't do that, and I can't without feeling pretty sick and wanting to throw up.  I sort of wish we would have had her bring a friend! This was the view outside our hotel, and it was warm enough to swim and hang out (but not in the shade). We went to this weird robotic show of the fall of Atlantis inside the Caesar's Palace hotel. All she really wanted was this green mug from Rainforest Cafe... She's so pretty... Her sisters not here telling her to roll up the window when going 80 miles an hour... Sticking her head out the wind...

Seven pounds of candy

Kota sent me pictures of her group before they went trick or treating AND BROUGHT HOME SEVEN POUNDS OF CANDY... She's eaten some, eaten some more, and gave bunch away... These Army girls are wonderful friends of Kota's and I'm grateful she hangs out with a good crowd. Kota (bottom left), Ainslee, Lia, and Lila

Disneyland

Maci invited copper to go to Disneyland with her. She picked it for her senior trip, but went early because fall time Disney is pretty fun.  I never hung out with any of my cousins growing up, and I had a ton of them, so it's fun to watch these guys grow up together.  Copper did not take any pictures so I had to rely on my sister and Maci sending me what they could. Looks like they had a good time!  Copper did send us a text once, hyping herself up to go on what used to be called the Tower of Terror ride. When she was really little Tim took her on it and it scared her to death and traumatized her a little bit. Haha. But she let us know she did it and that she didn't die. It was pretty funny.
